Well, unfortunately I DID GET SCAMMED with this. I sent in $38.00 (including Priority Mail) never to hear from these people again. My question is "What can be done about it"?
I'm going to contact the Attorney General's office as well as "Call 6 For Help". Someone had to have placed these ads, and they're responsible for the content.

ClericalGear.com
After signing up with this company and going into the "members area" I was able to see that the site was a hoax and did not provide any of the "opportunities" that it claimed on the nonmember pages. I complained via email several times over two weeks without one response.
Rest assured, I paid through paypal and within twenty minutes they obtained a refund from ClericalGear for me in the full amount. The claims have to be sent in no later than 30 days after the purchase for paypal to help in these situations. The message received from ClericalGear.com:"You are refunded. Do not reapply as you are blocked." No problem there!
Clerical Gear / Paid Responce
clericalgear.com
Signed up for both within the same 2 days). Same thing happened. Their website states they have a refund policy but I never received one from them either. I emailed them probably 8 times and no answer. All of these "ad typing" companies are scams and there is not an actual income potential.
Clerical Secretary I signed up with then last September, they claim you can make ridiculous amounts of money just for typing some articles for them, they do offer a refund policy and this is what made me sign up to them. After realizing it was virtually impossible to make money I contacted them for a refund and they have never replied, in total I think I've sent in 50 emails. STAY AWAY BIG SCAM!

CTSolutions,
Virtual learning center located in Baton Rouge, LA, Claims to teach you medical billing, accting, and several other skills that seem to be hot properties as far as the internet is concerned, offers split billing payments, claims to be able to send first set of learning tools after initial payment, assign your teacher and give you a signon pin, after completion of the course you will work for them, they will provide the job and you will work from home, a real job, not a 1099.
They advertise themselves as an institution of learning, all done virtually, I sent a check they processed it immediately, this was the first installment, when the paperwork I was supposed to get did not arrive, and my vt was not assigned and everytime I went to the website and saw that no classes for medical billing were being set up, and then I saw postings for someone to teach medical billing at this supposed facility I knew I had been scammed, I immediately asked for my money back, the next time that I checked the website, the changed the policy to read, if you have not yet made up your mind to participate in our classes we will hold your money for 12 months just so that you can make sure that you don't want to pass up this opportunity, I spoke with several of the people running this scam, all readily accessible, until they got the first and only payment from me, when I asked how long the refund would take, they said 60 to 90 days that has come and gone, I even found the address of the so called CEO of the company, wrote her a letter, told her I knew about the operation that they were running on the net, also told her she had been reported, and asked for my money, NO ONE has ever responded to this, I put in another application on this website, and received an e-mail from a N Franklin, as soon as he was informed of who I was, he blocked my e-mail, knowone seems to know about this operation but me, I wonder why.
This virtual learning is one of the smartest, well thought out scams on the internet today, they come across completely legitimate, all of the paperwork checks out, WEBEX seems to be legitimate, but they are caught up in the scam, at least they were, it seems that this website has severed all ties with the WEBEX company, stay away from all virtual learning situations on the net, they will take your money and that is all, what they offer is a legitimate situation, but usually in a bricks and mortar situation, knowone has to send you anything once they have your money, I learned a hard lesson, and found that any operation that expects money from you before they have ever performed a service for you is a complete and total rip-off, all of them.

Data Entry Pro.com All you do is keep investing in more money for advertising on Google and Overture at Yahoo. After you keep adding more money it takes about 3 days for them to approve your ad. You invest about 8 hr. a day for the first 3 days just to get it up and running. In about a week they tell you the ad isn't approved. Money nonrefundable.
They also charge $100.00 to get started. All money lost. After days of calling and complaining, Yahoo will keep sending you mail saying" you need to activate your membership again." Phone calls do no good, and you can't email them back!!!! no return email....
