HOME Inventory Protection Specialist Needed

Florida

Job Description: Inventory specialists needed to photograph (homes, condos, businesses, etc). Prior insurance claims and photography experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a flexible daytime schedule as well as a notebook PC, wireless internet, and digital-camera/video photography knowledge. Prior experience with digital/video cameras would be a plus. We are looking for a dependable, responsible, outgoing and courteous person with a reliable car, cell phone and daily access to a high speed/ wireless internet connection to fill this position. All equipment will be provided by you.

It typically takes 2.5 hours to photograph the average home and an additional 20 to 30 minutes to process and upload the pictures to our company website. Total average time investment per appointment including drive time is 3 hours or less. New orders that come in would be emailed to you so that you could schedule a mutually convenient time for you and homeowner to photograph the resident.

Note: 3 hours is the maximum time allowed to inventory a home or office.

Average volume per week should be between 6 and 8 appointments.

PLEASE NOTE: Applicant MUST be willing to travel between 20 to 30 miles for initial home inventory appointments. Training will be conducted online from the company website which consist of processing an inventory list, and uploading images. Training times vary by individual. The trainee will be paid the normal rate of $30.00 per/hr during your probationary training ($90 per appointment). Probationary period will consist of the first three successful home inventory appointments provided by Official HIPS.com (general liability insurance is required to become a inventory specialist). You must provide proof of insurance before you are assigned your first scheduled appointment. We can refer you to one of our insurance agents who provide liability insurance for Home Inventory Protection Services.

After your third successful home inventory appointment you will receive an additional $10.00 per/hr for each appointment plus $30 bonus for any new customers you provide without HIPS assistance. The photographer will receive their bonus after the new customer orders and pays for their home inventory protection service.

Locations will consist of the following: Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas county areas. If you live in the surrounding areas mentioned then you will be paid the standard rate of $90 per appointment within a 20 mile radius of your home.
