Thank God I didn't go as far as some of you people did (no offense). But I do not see why the Employment Guides would even put ads like this in the paper. They had me believing that this envelope stuffing thing is for real. Before I did the research that led me here, I actually did send them my (declined) debit card number. There is only $2 on that card (I didn't know it at the time) but thank God that is all there is on that card and nothing more. I know for a fact they would have took all of my money with no further information afterwards. I actually wouldn't be surprised if they took the last $2 I have left on that card. You know, this sucks because you start thinking of all the things you could do with that sort of money- $4,000 a week -- basically $100,000/year. I thought I would be loaded with cash and my friends would only wonder where I got all that dough from. But now, I'm pushed back to the reality of America, where you have to be skeptical of every little thing because everyone is trying to get major money. And if that means immorally scamming people out of it, they are game! This sucks. I feel bad for everyone that had lost a lot of money doing this, but at the same time, you live & you learn. In the future, you will not get scammed for thousands of dollars like some of the people above these posts. Read a couple of those up there and maybe you won't feel so bad. Come on, compare $38 to $5,000!!!

I sent them $38 for the starter kit, and it has been 2 1/2 weeks, and I have yet to recieve anything. I actually called and left a message, and they did in fact call me back, and "assured" me that I would recieve my starter kit soon, and if not, to call back again. I will not just let this pass. Theres no way in hell I am going to let them get away with this.

I sent them a money for $38.00 to stuff envelopes at $4.00 per envelope. They cashed the money order and never sent me the starter kit to get started. Every time I call all I ever get is the message center. They never return my calls. They are rip off and con artist and I want to take action and get my money back! dont be fooled again.

I have not sent any money to these people, but I have been reading about all the people who have been ripped off and something's need to be done about these people.  I don't know where everyone is from whom got ripped off, but I from the Charlotte, NC area and I work at the news station WSOC channel 9.  That's through ABC.  But we have a action 9 investigation that we cover where we investigate scams like this.  I just need to get some names and responses from several people, especially whose from the Charlotte area because we like to do interviews.  But someone needs to pull the cover from over these people. Those who are serious about the issue can email me l80dy@aol.com. Yes, this is a scam because i saw the add in the paper saying that you can make up to 2,5000 a week just seen 4.00 and a self address stamp envelope to this address and then we will seen you a copy of our brochures and then you fill out the form at the bottom and send in with 15.00 and we will sent you a kit back and all the information will be in your kit so I did. I has to also advertise in the news paper so I did that and they told me to sent my first 100 envelopes but I send 2000 envelopes and plus I has recruited about 19 people plus i has to buy my own envelope and paper and they were to reimburse me that money back but I has not seen or heard from them i have people calling me and asking me when is they going to get their kit and I can not help them I fell like I am running a scam on them because they have not receive their kit yet I tried calling and I also wrote them and I still can't get any respond back.

I would like to know how can i get in touch with Nationwide C.S. Inc. I would like to know were is my check.

$38 dollars of my hard earned money down the drain. Promises of envelopes and letters sent to your door, never happened. I was sent a large envelope with information never spoken of, on any document sent to me.

For this program you will need your own 1-800 number, you will need to place many ads in newspapers (you pay for it) to get enough feedback to even $100! This company asks you to tell people to "send a SASE containing $4" to your home address. No, I don't think so, it really makes me MAD that these companies can actually LEAGALLY get away with stealing your money, whither or not you handed them a check.

PLEASE, DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY! Please don't misconstrue their useless information as I did.

I call every week and get a stupid message and I leave my name and number and nothing. They never call me back. I lefted a message and told them I will not stop calling until I get my money back. I have been reading some of these complaints and I am sorry for you all. I was getting ready to send in my money but decided to research first. Thank goodness I did. i was thinking that if it was a real address instead of a p.o. box it might be valid....guess I was wrong

I was led to this site when I tried doing research on them. One I read the complaints I went to the Better Business Bureau web site and typed in their phone number under the business search. What I found was a totally different company. Hope this helps someone.

I have read many of the scams and I too received literature from Nationwide C.S., Inc. Would highly advise anyone that has been scammed for any reason to contact the Consumer Affairs Division (of your states) Attorney General.  Complete the complaint form and submit to the Attorney General. (It's free) I think you may be surprised at how fast you get your money back, and if we put enough pressure on such scabs we will all be better off.  The BBB is limited as to what they can and will do. Too many scams being circulated, and no real "policing" Believe me, give it a try.

Unfortunately, this does appear to be a SCAM.  I submitted my application for 'work at home membership' and received absolutely NOTHING!!  I've called several times and even received a return phone call (twice  1) from a PAT and 2) from ANN). but still after 2 months have NOT RECEIVED the so-called start up kit.   They clamed they didn't have my address correct, but they had it correct to send me the application for my $38.fee.  I got that in the mail.  So, why couldn't they send the kit to the same address.  After several more phone calls to that same BS 1-800-242-0363 x 2027 number and hearing that crappy 2 min.  long outgoing message and finally leaving message after message.  I've gave up....THIS VERY MUCH APPEARS TO BE A SCAM.   This SCAM  will be publicized everywhere so that ALL WILL KNOWS it is FALSE ADVERTISING. There is no job here.  Just people trying to get your money.  CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and  report them!!!!

I have been reading all this SCAM messages. It got me right where it hurts. I was in the search for this company trying to get a little of more info about them and trying to locate their office. The directory could not find this address it gave me a different one but with the same company name. It got me kind of wondering if it was a mistake from the computer but it was sent. All these SCAM messages appear with the same address and company name. I feel stupid because I already send my $38 money order eight days ago. This is not staying like this even if I receive their packet I am doing something about it. I just need info on where I could go to.

My wife had the money order ready to mail out when I decided to do some research on the net and discovered this company is nothing more than a scam!!!!! I found the website address but when I tried clicking on it I discovered it was a dead site.

This company requires you to have a paypal account, after the account has been verified with paypal they notify their "clients" that you are able to receive payments. Once you receive the payment you are to take out your 10% and western union the remaining amount to the Ukraine (they pay for all the fees). After I received my first "payment" i contacted the company via email as told they then gave me the name of the person to western union the money to. I was to use the money in my personal bank account to wire the money as the paypal account would have to have a few days to reach my bank. I was unsure about the entire process so I waited 24 hr., much to my surmise an email came to me from the "sender" of the payment he told me his credit card info had been "hacked" into and to not accept the payment and what was it for. He contacted paypal and issued a dispute with me, I emailed him back and we began to talk, he was a very nice man and was suckered just as much as I was. In the end he got his money back and I have learned a VERY BIG lesson from this company as I would have been out all the money I was to wire. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM

This company is located in Russia. I found them on careerbuilder.com while I was looking for a part time work from home job. It sounded great. All I had to do was accept checks in the mail, and I take my 6% off the top, then send the rest by western union. After the first check I received in the mail, they e-mailed me asking for my bank account info, so they could have a $3000 wire transfer put in it. So I opened an account, just for this company, and gave them the info. The first 2 went through great. I received my money and they received their money by western union. After the 3rd one is when I started having problems. It was deposited on 8/27/04 which after I had taken the cash out of my account, my bank calls me and says that the person who sent the transfer wants his money back, which I had already taken out and sent to Russia by western union. I e-mailed the company and never got a response. The lady at my bank said that they couldn't take it back without my permission, so I felt a little better. Then a few days later, the police show up at my door. The fourth and final wire transfer I received in the amount of $3100 was also cashed out of my account and sent to Russia. The person that sent the wire transfer was purchasing something from ebay and after they sent me the wire transfer, the company (Niva-Trade) never sent the item. This guy is out his $3100, and I've got the police wanting to know if I have this guys money. I explained to the officer that I had got mixed up with a work at home scam, and he then gave me the phone number to contact the gentleman that sent me the wire transfer. I spoke to him, and he informed me that this company called him and the guy he spoke with actually said he was my husband, which in fact he was not. I don't even know who this guy is. I have e-mailed the company numerous times and have yet to receive a response. But I have let them know that I have caught on to their scam. I am currently working with the police in the town that the gentleman live and filed a police report with. I am giving them every bit of info I have on this company and the guy I communicated with. Please take my loss as a lesson not to deal with these people.


So to sum up a long story, this company Niva-Trade is a scam. They are selling items on ebay and receiving the money and never sending anything out. They have got me in a mess! I have since closed the account that I opened, and I will be VERY careful next time I look for a work from home job!

This company allows you to visit certain sites for money. Just as I was almost at the $500.00 payout amount, they blocked my login in with the message: There has been a violation of the membership agreement! The claimed I violated the rules of the contract and put me on their Cheater List. This happened several months ago and I still don't know exactly what rule I violated. The e-mail I received seemed to be automated. I was never able to get a real person and did not receive the $500.00 I worked hard for. Don't waste your time here!!!

Unfortunately they money they transfer are from other peoples accounts who have no knowledge which means you loose your checking account and you end up being investigated by your bank

I paid for the book for the job listing and had two people write my email telling me to responde to this for a job that sounded to good. They got my 49.95 very quickly of my visa but never have recieved anything from them. I have tried to call the number they have listed to hear a recording tell me to write to they email address if I have problems with my shipment. and that the message machine is full. I feel that this is a scam and that they are taking advance payment for something they have no intendent in sending.

On many occasions I have requested information about the fact that I did not sign up for a subscription, that I wanted it canceled and for them not to take any payments from the credit card number I gave them and to stop the e-mails they are sending and I can not get a response! when I reply on one of there e-mails to stop sending them they sent them more often and in greater numbers I want it to stop. available work at home jobs reads this please answer my questions, you have my money so the least you can do is reply to me. RIPOFF! these companies promise cash for surveys, you pay 25.00 for a list of dead link websites. if you do find an open site it promises prizes, not cash, and also wants you to sign up for products to consider the survey complete. the biggest thing is that the member ID they provided me with only worked about 10 minutes. So now I cant even access what I was charged for. And of course there is no getting in contact with them. no phone numbers listed and I have sent numerous emails, in which I get no response.
PLEASE believe me about this company.Dont be scammed like I was. All I want is my 25.00 refunded.
